Aloha & Happy Anniversary Krista!
I suggested to Jon that you spend your anniversary in Hawaii, but Jon said it sounded too warm here and that he was getting to like the sub-freezing temps around your parts...something about keeping that "edge" that surviving artic weather gives you. I even said I'd throw in a sushi dinner to change his mind, but Jon said he was more a meat and potatoes man. I then tried to play my trump card by saying I could get the two of you a deal at myospa (myospa.com) in Honolulu since my sister-in-law works there, but then Jon reminded me that he's not into that touchy-feelie massage therapy stuff. Oh well, I tried my best Krista.
But seriously, have wonderful anniversary and I hope the next 13 years are as blessed, fun, and loving as the first 13.
I will leave you with a popular Hawaiian phrase.
I ka pono (cultivate the goodness),
Titus
As I find myself trapped in my little apartment two days before Christmas in a blizzard that has been breaking records here in Dayton, OH, I have plenty of time to think of something insightful to say about you two for your anniversary (well, maybe not insightful but it sounded good, eh?).
Anyway, happy anniversary you two! I have loved seeing how your relationship has grown and changed over the last 13 years. From the fun sister and brother-in-law who would fill me full of booze before I was legal (oops!) to the goofy, loving couple to some of the best parents I have seen raise children (and otherwise). Thank you for showing me how wonderful a life can be built together and that no matter how much of a union you are you still maintain your individuality and connection with those around you.
Happy Anniversary you two!
Love you both,
Kendra
Krista,
I can't believe it has been 13 years since your wedding.I was only 5 years old and I can still remember having to walk down the aisle with Matthew, and i was told not to be afraid of my brother. I hope one day i will be as happy as you and John are. You both deserve the best in life. You have a wonderful family with adorable children. I hope to see you guys soon. Enjoy your anniversary.
Love always,
Karla Kaluzny

I can't really say how much I enjoyed your wedding, as you know, I was not part of the family then yet, but I am sure it was a beautiful and wonderful event. However since then -- it has been a great fun ride to be a part of this, sometimes crazy, group!! I love it.
You have blessed us with 3 wonderful grandkids and a large dog that I have had the privilege to babysit with on many occasions - I have a great time, even when I am asked "Did you bring us any candy"?. I wish you God's
Blessing in your marriage and family life. I love you.
Elaine
Jon and Krista:
I've seen the wedding video (a great reminder of that life transforming day) 13 times now so it's time for a message.
I've seen the wedding video (a great reminder of that life transforming day) 13 times now so it's tune for a message: HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!! Just looking at your Christmas mail shows that day has effected many, your immediate families, friends you had then and those you met since. It is heartwarming to know such sharing and caring exists. Of course, my life has been greatly enhanced by the three long awaited grandchildren. They are a blessing and a joy and each visit a new experience. May the Lord continue to bless you both and your family. Love to all. Mom

My dearest Krista:
How lovely you were on the day of your wedding. And how lovely you are today. Jon has no idea how lucky he is. He really has no clue. But you knew that all along ... and still you married him. As a little girl, you were probably the one always bringing home lost puppy dogs. And so, nothing has changed, really.
Congrats on 13 years. Hang in there. Soon, senility (sp?) will set in ... and it won't matter if that hairy guy who snores next to you each night remembers to take out the garbage or not.
Cheryl says I should end this with something about how much your friendship means to us. (So there it is.)
Love,
Ward
Dear Krista and Jon,
Happy Anniversary! Watching the video brought back so many memories of your special day. The wedding was great fun and simply beautiful! I can't believe it has been thirteen years - boy, are we getting old!! As I am reflecting on all of these years, I can't help but laugh at some of the fun times Curt and I have had with you two. From drinks at the TGI Fridays in Vernon Hills to the snowy New Year's weekend we spent at the lakehouse where we went skiing, sledding, and Krista won the limbo contest. We love you both and wish you all the happiness in the world.
Love,
Kara
Jon and Krista
Congrats (again)! It is hard to believe that 13 years have gone by. I wish you both health and happiness in the next 13 + years.

Dearest Darling Krista:
Was I your fattest Bridesmaid???
You know how I love you and how much I love your geek of a husband Jon. When I watched the video of you two, all I felt was pride. I am so proud of the woman you've become and how you have embraced the roles you play quite easily (and most admiringly) each and every day. You are a wonderful wife and mother and a terrific role model to so many of us. You have clearly kept your sense of humour on life, motherhood and marriage and this should not be taken lightly. It is a rare gift. You and Jon are a dynamic couple. Either I have become a geek in my later years or you made him really, really cool. Although we still think you have married a talented sit come writer who could be making millions, we will continue to accept his complacency at wasting his true talent on all of us friends... Ali and I celebrate your anniversary because we consider you and the family you've created a part of ours, too.
We love and admire you both and thank you for the joy and laughter you bring to our lives.
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!!!!!
Anne and Ali Homayounfar
P.S.
Ali is not to see this video!!!
Happy Anniversary you two!
Beautiful video. You are as much the lovely couple today as you were thirteen years ago. You have a wonderful life and family and you both should be very proud.
I'm really glad that Jon is the multimedia god that he is to be able to stay in touch and see the significant moments of your lives. I'm looking forward to getting our families together more often very soon.
Much love to you both,
Bob
